     Basketball World President, Paul Wissel has a wealth of experience in both basketball and film. Paul has worked as an NBA Scout for several teams over the past 15 seasons and has also been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for over 10 years. Paul has worked in all fields of the entertainment industry including film, television and commercials.
